This policy applies to any pre-orders, back-orders, or subscription-based purchase options offered on thriftize.shop.
[CONFIRM: If Thriftize Shop does not currently offer subscriptions, pre-orders, or recurring purchase options, you can either leave this field blank in Shopify or publish a short version like the one below to have it on record for future use.]
Pre-orders and back-orders
If you purchase an item marked as a pre-order or back-order, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the item ships, by contacting support@thriftize.shop.
Subscriptions (if applicable)
If you subscribe to a recurring purchase option, you may cancel at any time before your next billing date by contacting support@thriftize.shop or managing your subscription through the customer account portal, if enabled. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund payments already processed for orders that have shipped.
Refunds on cancelled purchase options
Refunds for cancelled pre-orders or unshipped subscription orders will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Notes for you (not for publishing)
- "Thriftize" naming risk: Given your GMC history with HAMXI, I'd strongly recommend the About Us and homepage copy always clarify "new items, thrift-inspired pricing" near the top — this pre-empts any Misrepresentation review flagging the name as implying used/secondhand goods.
-
Confirm before publishing:
- Order processing time (used a placeholder)
- Support hours
- Double-check whether UK/Europe Express (5–8 days) vs Standard (3–5 days) is set correctly in Shopify — as shown, Express is slower than Standard, which is unusual.
- Cancellation rule: Your screenshot shows "No cancellation rules" configured in Shopify's Return and cancellation rules. I've written the policy to say cancellations are only guaranteed before shipment, which is standard — let me know if you want a stricter "no cancellations once placed" policy instead.
- Shopify also has a free legal policy generator under Settings → Policies → Terms of service / Privacy policy — my Terms of Service and Privacy Policy above are more tailored to your actual business than that generator, but you're welcome to cross-check.
