Processing time

International shipping
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, and Canada. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@thriftize.shop and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
