Refund policy

At Thriftize Shop, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached (where applicable)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

To start a return, email support@thriftize.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items, once opened
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or faulty item).

Return shipping costs

Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at support@thriftize.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at support@thriftize.shop as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes or cancellations before your order has shipped.

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
