01 How to track your package

Tracking your order is straightforward. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, we send a shipping notification containing a unique tracking ID directly to your email address. Copy that tracking reference and paste it into the search console above or on the courier’s portal to check your shipment's journey.

02 Finding your tracking number

If you can't locate your tracking details, please search your email inbox (including spam or promotions folders) for keywords like "Thriftize Shop Shipment Notification". Your tracking ID is typically generated and sent within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order.

03 Understanding order processing delays

Please note that "processing time" and "shipping speed" are separate. Our fulfillment teams in Birmingham require 1 to 3 business days to pack, secure, and inspect your new item before handing it over to our courier networks.

04 Standard transit windows

Delivery times depend on your region's logistical networks. Standard delivery windows after dispatch are as follows:

  • UK Local Deliveries: 3 to 5 business days
  • EU Delivery Networks: 5 to 9 business days
  • US & Canada Destinations: 7 to 12 business days

05 Common tracking statuses

Here are the common statuses you might see on your tracking portal:

  • Info Received / Label Created: The shipping label is ready, and the package is preparing for pickup at our warehouse.
  • In Transit: Your order is moving through the postal system to your local sorting facility.
  • Out for Delivery: A local courier has loaded your order and will attempt delivery today.

06 Why is my tracking not updating?

It is normal for a tracking link to show no updates for 24 to 48 hours. This typically happens when packages are in transit between sorting hubs and haven't been scanned by the next facility. Rest assured, your package is still moving toward its destination.

07 Split shipment updates

To ensure quick delivery, multi-item orders are sometimes shipped in separate packages from our warehouses. If you receive only part of your order, please check your shipping notification to see if there is another tracking code for your remaining items.

08 Package marked delivered but missing

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please take these steps before contacting support:

  • Check around your porch, back doors, or garage for safe-drop locations.
  • Check with family members or neighbors who might have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  • Contact your local post office, as packages are sometimes marked "Delivered" up to 24 hours before their physical arrival.

09 Correcting address entry errors

If you noticed an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please email support@thriftize.shop immediately. We can correct your shipping address as long as the package has not yet left our warehouse.

11 Customs clearance delays

For international shipments, packages must pass through regional customs checkpoints. These agencies may occasionally hold packages for routine inspections, which can extend delivery times by 2 to 4 business days. This is standard procedure, and the status will update once cleared.

12 Returned to sender shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, or if a package remains uncollected at a local post office, the parcel may be marked "Returned to Sender". If this happens, please contact us, and we will help arrange a redelivery.

13 Shipment Still Missing?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for over 7 business days, or your delivery date has passed, please reach out to our team.
